To commemorate Weihai Jinhong Group’s forty years of arduous pioneering and express gratitude to all staff for their company along the journey, the Group held a series of 40th anniversary celebrations themed “Chasing Light for Forty Years, Embarking on a New Chapter” on June 30. The whole plant was filled with a festive and vibrant atmosphere. All Jinhong employees gathered to look back on extraordinary years, celebrate the Group’s 40th birthday, and jointly draw a new blueprint for future development.
From 1986 to 2026, the Group has forged ahead steadily through four decades of dedicated operation. Under the leadership of Chairman Xu Dongguo, all staff have stayed true to the original aspiration, forged ahead with down-to-earth efforts, and passed down the entrepreneurial spirit from generation to generation. What began as a small brick and tile factory has grown into a comprehensive conglomerate focused on plastic chemicals, with business covering water treatment agents, plastic pipes, automotive electronics and more. Its products are widely applied in aerospace, national defense, construction, home appliances, medical care, oilfields, papermaking and other sectors.
Over the past 40 years, the Group has deepened external cooperation and introduced external expertise, continuously refined corporate management, recruited and cultivated talents, and built a complete product R&D system. The launch of the new group industrial park in 2025 has brought higher intelligence and automation to production processes, injecting fresh momentum into the Group’s faster and higher-quality growth.
At the celebration venue, the Group erected a festive double-dragon arch printed with “Warmly Celebrating the 40th Anniversary of Weihai Jinhong Group” and set up a themed photo backdrop wall. The heartwarming slogan “Forty Years Side by Side, Walking Hand in Hand with Warmth” and the eye-catching thematic design of “Chasing Light for Forty Years, Embarking on a New Chapter” created a strong celebratory vibe, making it a popular spot for employees to take commemorative photos.
At the ceremony, Chairman Xu delivered an impassioned speech full of expectations. He reviewed the Group’s entrepreneurial journey together with all staff and shared his outlook for the company’s future development. He also extended sincere gratitude and best wishes to the founding veterans, shareholders and all employees present at the event.
Towards the end, the Group’s leadership team took the stage jointly to cut the anniversary cake. Emblazoned with the glowing inscription “Forty Years Hand in Hand, Marching Toward the Future as One”, the cake was decorated with an array of fresh fruits, symbolizing the Group’s fruitful achievements over the past four decades and its thriving, prosperous prospects ahead.
For this event, the Group also custom-made exclusive gift sets for the 40th anniversary and prepared a rich variety of delicacies. Amid warm, lively festivities, all staff shared the joy of the anniversary and experienced the Group’s thoughtful and people-oriented care.
